The intensity of ups and downs happen all the time, but there is a moment when they are so close to each other it makes you hopeless and want to give up. It is as if fast forwarding to your future like Formula 1. Instead of all the feelings coming to an end they get more intense. Do not give in to the pain! Remember, these distractions are lessons and tests.
Imagine yourself at a fairground. You are excited, happy, and feel bliss from all that cotton candy. You get in one of those rides. The ride starts slowing. As it speeds up it goes up and down, and around, your head spins, and you start thinking of different things. It seems as if it has been going around forever – you just want to scream and give up. Then, it finally comes to a halt. Your head is still spinning, but you feel at peace because your feet are finally on ground. You hug the ground from the intensity and yet you feel happiness. This is what that moment is, it is the adrenaline of the journey that is felt. So, I’m here to tell you do not give up!
This stage of the journey is an acceleration of getting into the new and the flicking away of the old last bid of crumbs. Remember peace resides in your center. So, breathe in the now and be in your truth which is the light. Live that moment of pain without the feeling of being hopeless.
It is the child crying within that brings out the hopeless. When you pass the test to decipher that moment, then is when you realize that you are in charge and not your child self. It is then, you will say goodbye to your hopelessness. It is then, you know that you are the leader of your reality! That feeling of hopelessness is just that, another feeling you can eliminate.
From my heart to yours,
