Recently, I have been hearing from many people that they are having an even tougher time making decisions and moving forward with their goals. I am here to remind you to not give up! Just when you think it is hard something shows up to help you pass through another difficult round; then, an additional shows up to yet remind you of your strength. After each and every hard time the rewards are granted! You must not put time, focus, and the now on how you will be awarded, but the process and steps towards the true reason of pain you are in, the strength and happiness you receive through your progress.
Be aware of time. – Think back and try to remember how long you suffered the last time and the peace that followed it. By being aware of the time spent being worried, about what your issue is, you realize how much control you really have over that time. While observing time, you are better aware of what lays before you helping you to realize that you may not need as much time to lament after all! Embrace the pain to be able to move on in your own pace, but consider the fact of the kind of pain it really is. Decide whether or not you are creating more pain by spending time whining and feeling sorry for yourself or actually feeling the pain, embracing, and letting yourself heal by learning from the pain on its own timing. This will help you to be more productive with your time and the realization that you have more control over what happens with your emotions than you think. When we realize of the control we have over ourselves our time is filled with more productivity.
Center yourself. – To center yourself requires you to be in the now with your true self. Developing yourself, into the leader you have in mind, takes foundation after foundation. When you are having a hard time breaking through to your next step become the observer of your life, take a step back, and remind yourself of your initial priorities. One may lose focus of their priorities or they may change along the line. At other times, we become entranced in our work that we forget to take care of ourselves. Even though our heart may be in a good place, when first starting the journey, one must consistently remind themselves to bring balance and remember your true core. Balance is crucial in order to have a stable foundation with a long lasting impression.
Focus – Try to remember how your pain initially arose and do not forget or let it drown your initial goals. Focus on the main essence of what you are doing, why and how you are experiencing the pain. Being aware of where your passion derived from is a clue of how your strength has grown over time. Being able to compare, your strength then from now, should give you encouragement to further continue your planed goals. A successful goal is one where passion is about what you are truly meant to do by bringing a part of you in a new form into this world. Humanity does not descend from money but we are forcefully molded into it. A true passion will last for a lifetime and the awards will be granted on its own.
If you are experiencing immense pain and the feeling of wanting to go back to the old, think twice! Pain is there to remind you of your strength. Think outside of the box and try to see pain for the ways that have helped to cultivate your foundation. Also, majority of time, when one gives up they never have a backup plan. Now, this is worse – giving up, don’t you think? So, embrace that pain and hard time as the push and stairway towards completing your foundation. Resulting in the new, which you have been trying to create for this world! So, dear readers, do not give up!
Keep in mind, there are many reasons one suffers. Remember, I do not believe in there being a set number of rules of how things can be done. We are all unique and experience things in different ways and forms. Additional uniquely, detailed steps are required when trying to make a positive change. The best direction given is the one guided by you!
From my heart to yours,
